Denali in 2008: Day 10/June 13: Cache at 16,200ft

Friday they climbed the headwall and cached supplies at the popular spot at 16,200 ft. Because of exposure to winds it isn't normally used as a camp but it is just right for a supply depot.

Potential Itinerary

June 4 Base Camp (7,200 feet) up to Camp I at 7,800 feet
June 5 Camp I up to Camp II at 10,000 feet.
June 6 Rest and acclimatization day
June 7 Carry half our gear to Camp III at 11,500 feet and return to Camp II
June 8 Carry other half of gear to Camp III
June 9 Rest and acclimatization day
June 10 Carry to Camp IV at 14,200 feet
June 11 Rest and acclimatize
June 12 Rest and acclimatize
June 13 Carry gear to 16,500 feet and cache and return to Camp IV
June 14 Rest and prepare for move to high camp
June 15 Pick up cache at 16,500 feet and move to high camp at 17,200 feet.
June 16 Rest and prepare for summit day
June 17 Summit Day! and return to high camp
June 18 Descend to Camp II
June 19 Descend to Base Camp and wait for a flight off the glacier

Factor in at least three days of storms maybe more. This would be the ideal scenario.
